  • Inventory, check in and check out fees vary, subject to size and characteristics of the property
  • Sale of the property to our introduced tenant – 1.5% + VAT of sale price
  • Sole Selling Rights – 2.5% + VAT
  • Multiple Agency – 3% + VAT
